The room was beautiful and stylish and had a private bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. The staff was pretty friendly. The location was very central and just a pleasant stroll away from Yerevan Opera Theatre.

I had a wonderful stay at Downtown Suites. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. The room was new, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The staff, particularly the manager Hovhannes, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel is a serviced apartment, which gave me plenty of space and the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen. my experience at Downtown Suites was exceptional, and I highly recommend it. I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel for a stay in Yerevan.

This hotel provided me with an exceptional service and went above and beyond to attend to my every need. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and equipped with a comfortable bed and a fully-equipped kitchen. One of the best aspects was the location which is a few minutes away from a lively area with many restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops. the staff was hospitable and made me feel at home.

The hotel experience was not perfect. The entrance to the hotel was hard to find, since it was located inside another building, and there were no clear signs outside.
